Mutation: a vinyl show

I'm in an vinyl art show called Mutation tomorrow night at Black Maria Gallery.
If you're in or near Los Angeles, come and see the 17 custom Borii, including one I made.

From the press release:

"Los Angeles – Black Maria Gallery is proud to present “Mutation”, an exhibition featuring a selection of some of the most sought after artists in the art toy scene today, proving that vinyl is the new canvas. Participating artists include: 64 Colors, Brent Nolasco, Bryan Collins, Button Eyes, Camden Noir, Draifet, Jeremiah Ketner, Kalypzo, Kat Brunnegraff, Kendra Binney, Kill Taupe, Motorbot, Mark Basa, Nathan Hamill, Okedoki, Podgy Panda, Reactor 88, Rosie O’Donnell, Shaun Wightman, TyleR & Zombie Monkie."

Here's the custom Death Star Mighty Mugg I recently made for
The Empire Muggs Back.

The charity auction has begun. You can bid on it here.

"Collectors and fans alike have a chance to own one-of-a-kind Star Wars art pieces while giving to a good cause with The Empire Muggs Back. Lucasfilm asked artists, comic book creators, toy designers, and celebrity fans to get out their markers, paint brushes and glue guns and transform blank Mighty Muggs (donated by Hasbro) into custom Star Wars art which will be auctioned by The Make-A-Wish Foundation."

Boris Launch Party

One week from today on Friday, July 17th, the Boris vinyl will celebrate his launch at Meltdown Comics in Hollywood, CA. If you live in the area and have a penchant for figures of cartoony animals with Napoleon complexes, come by and pick one up.

Also, we've got 15 artists contributing their custom versions of Boris, which will be on sale alongside the figure.
